2. What data we process and why

Only what you send us through the contact form: name, company, email, phone (optional) and message. We use it solely to answer your enquiry or prepare the demo you request.

We do not profile you, make automated decisions or send unsolicited marketing.

3. Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).

4. Recipients and processors

We do not sell or share your data. Your message is emailed to our mailbox through Cloudflare (web hosting, network and email forwarding), acting as data processor. Fonts are served from this website itself: your browser does not connect to third parties to load them.

Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area under GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

5. Cookies

This website does not use first-party, analytics or advertising cookies, so it shows no cookie banner.

6. Retention

We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to handle it and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods. If no business relationship follows, we delete it after a reasonable period.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
